TERMS & DELIVERY
Clear terms.
Good moments.
These delivery terms apply to The Bonus Moments Core Deck purchases made through our Shopify checkout.
01 / DISPATCH
We dispatch in-stock orders within 14 calendar days.
For the current Core Deck release, the dispatch window begins when your order is confirmed. We will hand your order to the chosen carrier within 14 calendar days of that confirmation.
02 / TRANSIT
Carrier travel begins after dispatch.
The 14-day window is a dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time depends on the destination and the service selected at checkout.
03 / CHECKOUT
Your order details live in Shopify.
Final pricing, delivery address, taxes, available shipping services, payment methods, and any checkout-specific policies are shown in Shopify before you place your order.
